At Feather & Forge, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry. If there’s an issue with your piece, we’re happy to offer a refund or replacement within one week of your appointment. After that time, we consider any damage to be the result of normal wear and tear or misuse.
That said, we understand that life happens and we’re here to help. We offer repair services for a small fee if your jewelry becomes damaged or needs re-welding. Just reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to make it right!
